The SVT series wireless vibration temperature sensor is an industrial-grade sensor designed for equipment condition monitoring and troubleshooting applications. The sensor integrates vibration and temperature acquisition functions, and has the characteristics of low noise, high accuracy, ultra-low power consumption, and ruggedness, making it suitable for long-term use in various harsh industrial environments.
The sensors use high-performance triaxial accelerometer sensors to capture equipment vibration signals. SVT520-C models feature high-performance piezoelectric sensors for the main axis (Z) and MEMS sensors for the auxiliary axes (X and Y).
The sensor is designed with an industrial-grade structure to collect the vibration signal of the device under test intact and losslessly. At the same time, the sensor has powerful edge computing capabilities, which can calculate 24-dimensional characteristic vibration data for detecting various mechanical anomalies and faults.
The sensor supports periodic acquisition or low-power wake-up trigger acquisition, and sends the collected feature data and waveform data to the remote monitoring platform through wireless transmission. Users can remotely monitor the vibration and temperature parameters of the equipment at any time, and detect the abnormal operation status of the equipment in time. Through in-depth analysis of waveform data, users are able to perform fault diagnosis, including but not limited to looseness, unbalance, misalignment, bearing failure, gear failure, blade failure, etc. This real-time monitoring and remote diagnostics capability helps keep equipment running safely and avoids unplanned downtime due to failures, which in turn reduces operational time and costs.
